I started my investment banking career at Bardi Co. and it was a great experience for several reasons. Bardi Co. provided me with a tremendous amount of exposure into investment banking and significant professional development through its lean deal teams, diverse transactions and ample exposure to clients. As an analyst, I was involved in every facet of the deal process, from start to finish, giving me a well-rounded experience in my first year. During my time there, I was involved in a variety of transactions, ranging from sell-side M&A to capital raises, furthering my professional development. Additionally, senior team members played a direct role in mentoring me, which boosted my confidence and helped me learn a lot.
