Our Remote Summer 2022 Internship Program gives a selected group an intensive, twelve week introduction to our firm. We look for highly motivated individuals who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in academic and extracurricular activities. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated and a team player.

 

 

Responsibilities:

​

S/he will assist in the following:

• Business analysis and review of financial information to help our Deals team

• Coordination and tracking of key initiatives and objectives progress

• Development and maintenance of deal due diligence (key investor clients’ and prospects’ profiles, competitor and market intelligence, research on risks and opportunities across different industries)

• Research on different industries

• Preparation of materials to support client relations

• Collaboration with members of the team to build financial spreadsheet models

• Assist team with day-to-day responsibilities

Required Qualifications:​​

​

• Current college student, or recent college graduate in a business related major (preferably Finance) with strong interested in Financial Analysis and Investment Banking;

• Outstanding reasoning, analytical, technical, mathematical and language abilities;

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; S&P Capital IQ or Pitchbook is a plus;

• Must have excellent work ethic and ability to self-motivate;

• Must be able to multi-task as well as capture all assigned work from staff, prioritize and re-prioritize, provide weekly reports effectively, and meet or beat deadlines;

• Team-work mentality with the ability to work autonomously;

• High level of confidentiality.
