We are seeking an investment banking analyst. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, a passion for finance, strong analytical abilities and great attention to detail.  She / he will be also flexible, team oriented and with a high level of integrity.

 

 

Required Qualifications:​​

​

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics.

• Great working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.

• Organizational skills with strong verbal communication skills.

• Ability and inclination to understand impact of verbal and non-verbal communication.

• Desire and ability to work under pressure.

Primary Responsibilities:

​

• Work on complex financial models.

• Performing detailed research and due diligence on the covered industry.

• Draft marketing documents for M&A assignments or private placements.

• Draft white papers or other analytical documents.

• Assist in deal origination.
